		<description>Aspartame?  Heh, I hope I don&#039;t need to tell you that this stuff isn&#039;t exactly healthy. A friend of mine was puzzled when his wife would get incessant headaches, and I (literally) pointed out why she was having them on a semi-regular basis---imbibing lots of diet pop.  There&#039;s a good volume of people having reactions from it, various complaints to the FDA, and literature how it breaks down in the human body as a toxin.

Last week I did that same thing---spent over ten hours sleeping, and then going to massage therapy on impulse rather than train in contact fighting that Monday.  The word &quot;gorgeous&quot; kept coming to mind---sometimes escaping from the stress of daily life isn&#039;t a bad thing, and this is coming from a workaholic who seems to thrive on it.</description>
